After Sales Service
We provide comprehensive after sales support, covering everything from maintenance support to provision of spare parts, and on-call customer help and advice.
Minimal maintenance required
With a high reliability rate and low maintenance schedule, all our products have after care requirements that are kept to a minimum.
Where maintenance is required, it can be completed by the same engineers who built the ride or attraction. Maintenance guides are supplied as standard with each system, and training can be provided, if required, by our support engineering team.
For further peace of mind all Grav Engineering systems are supplied with a 12-month warranty and extended warranties can be supplied, subject to discussion.
Ongoing support as needed
All Grav Engineering systems are highly robust and reliable, but in the unlikely event of a system fault, our support engineering team are highly responsive and experienced.
We’re on hand to provide comprehensive service support throughout the entire life cycle of our products:
- Whenever you need help, we provide extended out of hours support
- Whatever your questions, we ensure a quick, reliable and efficient response to all queries
- Wherever you are in the world, we can deliver on-site repairs and maintenance worldwide
If we can’t fix an issue remotely or on site, we have experienced repair staff in our service centre who can help.
Spares and repairs
As part of our sales process we will suggest any critical spares that you should hold, applicable to your project. This will speed up any repair activities by ensuring you have the necessary parts already on site.
When other replacement parts are needed, our After Sales team can provide pricing along with item lead times. We have a robust supply chain, with strong relationships throughout, ensuring prompt delivery of spares as required.
