Data-Programmer

The Data / Programmer handset been developed to aid and assist electric (EV) and hybrid (HV) vehicle manufacturers and operators. Used in conjunction with HE DATA controllers, the DPL handset produces an unsurpassed degree of controllability and offers the opportunity to record information from the EV and HV electric systems.

The DPL handset has two main functions:

1 - Setting the program perameters within the HE data controllers

 2 - Recording and transferring the the data from electrical inputs and outputs of the supply and drive system

The recorded data from the DPL handset can be easily downloaded onto a PC through a serial port. This recorded data is then viewed though our on Microsoft Windows™ based software, enabling detailed evaluation. The saved information file can be transferred to spreadsheets where graphs and trends can easily be generated. Viewed information includes: Sample No, Battery Volts, Battery current, Motor volts, Motor Current, Capacity used A/h, Controller temperature & Motor speed RPM
